It’s why I partner with exceptional individuals. Together we can build thriving businesses with integrity and purpose.
What’s my role? I’ve enjoyed considerable success during my career but I’ve also faced a number of commercial setbacks too.
Of course, those setbacks were extremely painful at the time but they’ve given me incredible insight – into how to do things and crucially, how not to.
Put simply, I want to share the benefit of my experience with other dedicated and ambitious people.

More than two decades in construction has given me a unique insight into people, roles and relationships at all levels of the sector.
But it’s given me much more besides.
I started my career as a quantity surveyor but it soon became apparent that not only is everyone different, there are people who are better than me too. It was a painful lesson at the time but it’s enabled me to progress into several senior leadership and management positions.
I’ve since been the beneficiary of top class business coaching, leadership programmes and corporate training, that many businesses simply don’t have the budget for. And I’ve applied that learning to the successful delivery of multi million pound construction projects.
The key to success? Being able to communicate effectively with people and support each of them to thrive.
